Meet the face behind Saipan Snaps

Hi everyone! For those that don’t yet know me, my name is Jill! I moved out to the Marianas 28 years ago from Cape Cod, Massachusetts!

These ginger snaps are made from an old family recipe and were always a tradition on birthdays and holidays. They were my dad’s favorite cookies. Every day he would eat three ginger snap cookies with his tea. [such control...right?!]

Later I kept the tradition alive by making them with my two beautiful daughters as they grew up. It always brought such smiles to our faces, during the baking AND the eating. We’ve loved making our friends smile with a batch of fresh cookies.

I want to share these fond memories and the love that goes with them so I decided to start Saipan Snaps. I’m so happy that you all love them too!!

Saipan Snaps is a ginger snap cookie company based on the beautiful island of Saipan. 

Our ginger snap cookies are hand crafted with locally grown ginger. They are made in small batches to ensure quality. No preservatives added.

Our delicious cookies are available at various locations on Saipan and Guam or you can order them online.
